1. Password phrase
| What if you forget your password? We need a way to confirm your identity
when you contact e-TimeStamp to reset your password. The support
person will ask you the question you enter below. The question should
be something not commonly known about you. For example, "What
was the name of the school you attended in 8th grade?". Without
this password phrase and if we are unable to confirm your identity, then
we will not be able to change your password and you could forfeit any credit
balance in your account. |
